As a guest, you’ll have access to the resort’s outstanding facilities: two lagoon-style pools with waterfalls, heated spa, BBQ areas, and direct private access to Miami Beach. Located within walking distance to close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transport, this apartment is your ideal GC base.
The space
Step inside to find a bright, airy open-plan living and dining area, tastefully furnished for comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the private balcony is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the lush tropical gardens or sparkling lagoon pools. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom, internal laundry facilities, air conditioning (in the living area), and free WiFi for your convenience.

Miami offers direct access to stunning golden beaches, popular surf spots, and scenic beachfront walking and cycling tracks that stretch from Marine Parade to Nobby Beach Headland. You'll be within walking distance to trendy cafes and casual eateries to lively bars and destination restaurants. The neighbourhood's central location means you’re just minutes from Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach, and the heart of the Gold Coast, with easy access to shopping at 'Miami One', local markets, and a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. Moreover, it is well-serviced by public transport and is only 13 km from Gold Coast Airport, making travel easy.
House rules
We do not host schoolies, allow parties or gatherings in the property, we have a zero tolerance and if it is reported you will be immediately asked to leave.
Air-conditioning: Important House Rule
The air conditioners are residential use only and not designed to run 24 hrs a day.
DO NOT leave air conditioners running all day or night while you are out of the apartment.
If you do and it breaks you will be responsible for repairs.
DO NOT leave doors or windows open while using as this will cause it to fail.
The settings on cooling must not be set lower than 21 degrees any lower for long periods and it will cause it to fail.
If you are not in the apartment it does not need to be on.
Turn off the air-conditioner when you go out so it’s not running all day, to avoid additional usage charges, there is no need to leave it running if you are not there.
Close windows and doors when you go out to keep the property secure and so damage does not occur from wind or rain.

If using the dryer, please ensure all sand is removed from beach towels and clothes prior to putting them in the dryer, do not overload the dryers as this will stop it working.
Guests are required to always keep noise to an acceptable level, most especially between 10pm and 7am when people are trying to sleep. These are residential properties, and we need to be respectful to the surrounding residents.
Accidental, negligent, or wilful property damage will be repaired at the cost of the guest.
Any missing items other than consumables, will be replaced at the cost of the guest.
These fobs and keys are not disposable and must be looked after and returned as directed at the end of the stay in good condition. If not, there is a minimum $250 charge to replace any fobs or keys.
Do not tamper with, damage or remove smoke alarms, you are seriously endangering others and it is unlawful.
Accidental or purposely setting off of the smoke alarms may result in the fire brigade attending, and a fine from the fire department. These fines are expensive and are passed onto the guest.
Important Notice and acknowledgment: before check in can happen the guest must provide valid Government Identification to the host us before check in, this is for safety and verification of identity.

We are the hosts and managers, all communication needs to be direct back to us, we are contactable by phone, email, and messages via the booking channel. It is advised to always message via the booking channel you used so we can see all your contact and booking information.
