The space

The neighbourhood
The centre of Australia's Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise is exactly what its name suggests - a fantastic place to test your skills on the waves. But there's much more than just surfing on offer in this lively resort.
For one thing, Surfers Paradise has legendary nightlife, with clubs, bars, music venues, and casinos all along the coast. Enjoy weekend markets and plenty of shopping at Paradise Centre, Chevron Renaissance or travel just down the road to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. But there are places to relax as well. You could witness the glow-worm caverns at Mt Tamborine, swim at the foot of waterfalls in Springbrook National Park, or walk through the rainforest canopy at O'Reilly's Tree Top Walk.
Add in family attractions like WhiteWater World and Dreamworld, as well as the bright lights of Brisbane just an hour to the north, and you have a world-class beach destination.

House rules
We do not host schoolies, allow parties or gatherings in the property, we have a zero tolerance and if it is reported you will be immediately asked to leave.
Air-conditioning: Important House Rule
The air conditioners are residential use only and not designed to run 24 hrs a day.
DO NOT leave air conditioners running all day or night while you are out of the apartment.
If you do and it breaks you will be responsible for repairs.
DO NOT leave doors or windows open while using as this will cause it to fail.
The settings on cooling must not be set lower than 21 degrees any lower for long periods and it will cause it to fail.
If you are not in the apartment it does not need to be on.
Turn off the air-conditioner when you go out so it’s not running all day, to avoid additional usage charges, there is no need to leave it running if you are not there.
Close windows and doors when you go out to keep the property secure and so damage does not occur from wind or rain.
Close windows and doors when it rains to avoid water damage.
If using the dryer, please ensure all sand is removed from beach towels and clothes prior to putting them in the dryer, do not overload the dryers as this will stop it working.
Guests are required to always keep noise to an acceptable level, most especially between 10pm and 7am when people are trying to sleep. These are residential properties, and we need to be respectful to the surrounding residents.
Accidental, negligent, or wilful property damage will be repaired at the cost of the guest.
Any missing items other than consumables, will be replaced at the cost of the guest.
These fobs and keys are not disposable and must be looked after and returned as directed at the end of the stay in good condition. If not, there is a minimum $250 charge to replace any fobs or keys.
Do not tamper with, damage or remove smoke alarms, you are seriously endangering others and it is unlawful.
Accidental or purposely setting off of the smoke alarms may result in the fire brigade attending, and a fine from the fire department. These fines are expensive and are passed onto the guest.
Important Notice and acknowledgment: before check in can happen the guest must provide valid Government Identification to the host us before check in, this is for safety and verification of identity.

Other things to note
It is a holiday property, set up for holidays, please do not move furniture as it damages the property.

There is a height restriction for parking max 2.2 m high
